WNPH Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the WNPH platform at wnph.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WNPH.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on WNPH. Continued use of the WNPH platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To use WNPH, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. WNPH strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. WNPH does not operate in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily. WNPH accounts created on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list applicable under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of WNPH.

Each person may register and maintain only one WNPH account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or linked devices — is considered a material breach of these Terms. WNPH will close duplicate accounts and may withhold any funds derived from multi-account activity.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WNPH login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. WNPH will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have previously notified WNPH of unauthorised access.

• Use a password that is not shared with any other service.
• Do not share your WNPH login details with any other person.
• Log out after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Contact WNPH support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

WNPH accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment channels:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay bank transfer
• PESONet bank transfer
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit amount at WNPH is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your WNPH wallet upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment channel: GCash and Maya deposits typically clear within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank.

WNPH reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger internal thresholds under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating account.

You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your WNPH wallet at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

WNPH processes most GCash and Maya withdrawals within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take longer and WNPH will notify you through the contact details registered on your account.

WNPH does not charge withdrawal fees for standard Philippine payment channels. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside WNPH's control.

WNPH offers various games and betting products including PBA betting, basketball betting, esports betting, Tongits, Pusoy, and jackpot slots. Each product is governed by specific rules displayed in the relevant section of the WNPH platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that game or market.

Bets and wagers: A bet placed on WNPH is final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any wager — including the market, selection, odds or stake — before confirming. WNPH will not accept claims based on a player selecting the wrong option.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including event postponement or abandonment, technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds, or verified game integrity issues. Void bets are returned to your WNPH wallet at the original stake amount.

Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, WNPH will investigate and apply a fair resolution. This may include voiding the affected round, crediting the stake, or other measures appropriate to the specific situation.

WNPH may offer bonuses, matched deposits, free play credits, or other promotional incentives to registered members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all WNPH promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire.
• WNPH reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at any time with notice to affected members.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple accounts, colluding with others, or placing low-risk bets specifically to complete wagering requirements — may result in bonus removal and account review.

WNPH's referral program allows existing members to share a personal referral link and receive a reward when a referred friend registers and meets the qualifying conditions. The current reward structure and qualifying conditions are published on the WNPH Refer a Friend page.

To be eligible for a referral reward:

• The referred person must register as a new WNPH account using your unique referral link.
• The referred person must not have held a previous WNPH account.
• The referred person must complete the qualifying deposit or activity stated in the referral program terms.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link or referring a person under your own control — are prohibited and will result in reward reversal and account review.

Referral rewards are credited to your WNPH wallet after the qualifying conditions are confirmed. WNPH may modify the referral reward structure at any time; changes will not affect referrals already confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WNPH and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by Philippine law:

• Registering more than one WNPH account for any purpose.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or prohibited person notice.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any WNPH game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that WNPH reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or criminal conduct.
• Facilitating or assisting any other person in engaging in prohibited conduct.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event that WNPH accepts bets on.

WNPH reserves the right to suspend, limit, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The Terms have been breached or there is a reasonable suspicion of breach.
• Verification requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable time.
• A court order, regulator instruction, or law enforcement request requires it.
• A responsible gaming concern has been raised and requires intervention.

In most cases, WNPH will notify you of the reason for a restriction. Where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by law, the reason may be withheld temporarily. Verified cleared funds not subject to dispute will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any required review period.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your WNPH account at any time by contacting support at support@wnph.best. Pending bets will be settled and confirmed winnings returned after normal withdrawal processing.

WNPH provides its platform on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, WNPH excludes liability for:

• Loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside WNPH's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits WNPH's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

WNPH is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The WNPH platform is intended as entertainment for adults and should never be used as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. WNPH provides the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings.
• Session reminders: Time-based alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to take a break can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, the account is disabled and no access is permitted.

WNPH collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the WNPH Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law. By using WNPH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

WNPH uses personal data to administer your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. WNPH will not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and service providers is limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.

WNPH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members through the email address or mobile number associated with their WNPH account at least seven days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or for security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at wnph.best/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of WNPH following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through WNPH's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
